James Wells
Bio:  James Wells has been named the Carroll County Economic Development Executive Director. Wells served in the Mayor's Office in Indianapolis working in the area of neighborhood development and civic engagement. Wells holds a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Statesmanship from Ball State University and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Public Finanace from Indiana University-Indianapolis.
